Dr. Juhyun Chung (University of Southern California Master of Public Health, Class of 2024) is a dentist and public health researcher from South Korea with a strong interest in dental public health and epidemiology. She integrates clinical expertise with population-based research to examine and address disparities in access to oral healthcare.
Dr. Chung earned her dental degree from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, and later pursued advanced public health training at the University of Southern California. Her professional experience spans both academia and industry. She has served as a Teaching Fellow at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, contributing to public health education and mentoring students.
Additionally, she has worked with GSK Consumer Healthcare, a multinational company, where she gained experience in the intersection of clinical practice, research, and industry innovation.
Her work reflects a commitment to bridging clinical practice and public health research, aiming to improve oral health outcomes on both individual and population levels.
