Mentoring is one of the most overlooked yet most transformative aspects of leadership. The Mentoring Leadership Institute equips leaders with the skills, practices, and reflexivity needed to mentor the next generation of leaders, scientists, scholars, and practitioners. Our approach is not about reproducing ourselves or only elevating voices we agree with, but about creating conditions where diverse perspectives can flourish and where emerging leaders can develop with confidence and integrity.
Through structured resources, participants revisit the foundations of effective mentorship, sharpen and refresh their skills, and engage in self-reflective practice that strengthens both accountability and impact. The Institute provides practical tools for intentional, methodical mentoring while holding space to examine the deeper dimensions of power and responsibility in leadership.
Our past cohorts have included higher education faculty, nonprofit executives, and community leaders, and we continue to adapt to the needs of different organizational contexts.
Please reach out via our contact page if you are interested. While we would love to hear from you, we do operate with limited capacity, so we may not be able to accommodate every request.
