The Climate Innovation and Information Technology project engages multi-sectoral leaders and climate-vulnerable community-based leadership to analyzes the intersection of climate technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation through a social equity lens. At its core is the funding organizations such as philanthropic sector, federal agencies, and state and local entities involved in supporting and creating climate solutions. We specifically focus on developing organizational learning frameworks on how philanthropy interprets, funds, and institutionalizes climate technologies, and how to ensure that such approaches center social equity across the process spectrum.
