Global health systems are on the frontlines of climate crisis, yet many remain unprepared to integrate climate adaptation into their operations. This project partners with practitioners and leaders from some of the most climate-vulnerable parts of the world to identify barriers to adaptation and to co-develop solutions.
Our work is practice-oriented: helping health systems adopt climate-smart strategies, supporting leaders as they navigate constraints, and contributing knowledge that strengthens global health resilience. The emphasis is on collaboration, capacity, and systemic change—not imposing external models but working alongside those most directly affected. Through this, we aim to contribute to health systems that are both responsive to immediate climate impacts and resilient in the long term.
